Advertisement Notice for Engagement of Project Associate

Online applications are invited from eligible candidates for the engagement of a Project Associate purely on a fixed tenure (co-terminus with the TIDE 2.0 Project) at the NewGen IEDC Incubation Centre.

Hard Copy Submission:
The hard copy of the downloaded application form, completed in all respects, along with a passport-size photograph of the candidate affixed, must be submitted to the office of the NewGen IEDC Incubation Centre by August 6, 2024.

Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Economics.

Maximum Age Limit: 40 years as on the date of the advertisement.

Desirable Qualification:

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in MS-Office, MS-Excel, content creation, and graphic designing.
• Excellent communication and organising skills.
• Local candidates will be given preference.

Terms of Engagement

Remuneration:

• ₹13,470 per month @ ₹449 per day

Engagement Details:

1. The engagement shall be purely on a temporary basis for a fixed tenure, initially for 3 months (extendable subject to performance).
2. The selection of the candidate will not confer any right for regular appointment/continuance in the centre/university after the culmination of the project.
3. Only those candidates should apply for the post who fulfil the prescribed eligibility criteria.
4. Submission of the application form will not confer any right for selection of the candidate.
5. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview/viva-voce.
6. The selected candidate will have to submit an undertaking duly sworn before the 1st Class Judicial Magistrate to the effect that:
   • The applicant should not be working in any Government/Semi Government Department/Private concern.
   • The applicant will not claim for regularisation/continuation after expiry of the project.
