Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management of reservations, including handling customer inquiries and managing bookings.
• Implement sales strategies to maximize revenue.
• Utilize sales techniques to optimize performance.

Requirements:

• Proficient knowledge of reservation systems and software such as PowerBrain/IDS.
• A minimum of 2 years experience in Reservations, particularly within the Hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A relevant Degree or Diploma in the field.
