Eligibility Criteria:
For Assistant Professor:
- Candidates must possess a Master’s Degree with a minimum of 55% marks in the relevant subject from an Indian or equivalent foreign university.
- They should have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC/CSIR or similar tests accredited by UGC like SLET/SET.
- Candidates with a Ph.D. degree in accordance with UGC Regulations 2009/2016 are exempted from NET/SLET/SET requirements.
For Assistant Professor in Engineering Disciplines:
- Applicants need to have an M.Tech. or M.E. with at least 60% marks or equivalent grade in the relevant subject from a recognized university.
For Teaching Assistant:
- If eligible candidates for Assistant Professor are not available or under certain circumstances, candidates without Ph.D., M.Tech., or NET/SLET may be considered for the Teaching Assistant post.
Special Eligibility for Department of Education Candidates:
- A good academic record with Master’s Degree level in Arts/Humanities/Sciences/Commerce and M.Ed. or MA (Education) and B.Ed., each with at least 55% marks.
