Key Dates and Procedures
Students enrolled in the 2nd and 4th semester (both regular and re-appear) should take note that the online examination forms will become available on the J&K BOTE official website from May 28, 2024, to June 08, 2024. Students are required to fill out the examination forms by logging into their accounts on the official website.
Payment Methods
The payment of examination fees must be made exclusively through online channels, which include Internet Banking, Credit, or Debit Cards. No other forms of payment will be accepted.
Assistance for Form Filling
The notice encourages principals to extend assistance to students for the online form submission process. If students encounter any difficulties, they may contact the Deputy Registrar BOTE either in Srinagar or Jammu. Additionally, students can raise an e-ticket at help.jksbotelive.com with a detailed description of their issue.
No Hard Copy Required
Students are not required to submit a hard copy of the examination form to the Board. However, they are advised to retain a hard copy for their personal records.
Online Verification for Regular Students
For regular students, examination forms will be subject to online verification by the respective Head of the Department (HOD) and will be finalized by the Principal by or before June 12, 2024.
Examination Fee Structure
The detailed fee structure for the examination is as follows:
- A fee of Rs. 1000 per semester for regular candidates
- Re-appear candidates pay:
- Rs. 200 for one subject
- Rs. 400 for two subjects
- Rs. 1000 for more than two subjects
- A late fee of Rs. 260 is applicable if forms are submitted between May 20, 2024, and May 25, 2024.
