Responsibilities 

• Lesson Planning and Delivery: Develop comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the school’s curriculum objectives and deliver them effectively to students.
• Laboratory Management: Organize and conduct practical experiments in the chemistry laboratory, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Student Assessment: Assess student understanding through various assessment methods, including tests, quizzes, and projects, and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Educational Support: Provide additional support to students outside of regular class hours, addressing their individual learning needs and challenges.
• Professional Development: Engage in continuous professional development activities to stay abreast of new developments in the field of chemistry education and enhance teaching practices.
